Restaurant and B&B Manager Position
We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, trustworthy, and energetic person required to run a popular Restaurant and B&B in the small town of Maclear, Eastern Cape.
The Job consists of;
Meets and greets of customers, managing daily tasks, supervision of staff, the purchasing of stock, control of bookings for the B&B, routine checks of rooms, handling administration and paperwork, basic bookkeeping, adjusting menus, handling customer enquiries and complaints, making improvements to the running of the business and development of the restaurant.
The manager package includes a salary (to be discussed), one meal per day, fuel allowance, and accommodation.
Skills required:
▪︎Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
▪︎5 years experience in the hospitality industry.
▪︎Problem solving skills.
▪︎Customer service focus.
▪︎Well representation of self.
▪︎Strong personality and ability to work under pressure.
▪︎Excellent management skills and stock control abilities.
